Once your items are entered into our system, use the Ricochet Consignment app to track your inventory, see what has sold, and follow your consignment activity.

    • We accept select smaller furniture pieces that we can safely display and store. Please text a photo before bringing in a piece you’re unsure about.

  • Please bring only items that are clean, well-maintained, and ready for their next home.

    Items must be free of:

    • Chips, cracks, or broken parts

    • Holes, stains, or odors

    • Animal hair

    • Excessive wear or other damage

    • We do not accept items that need repair, restoration, or cleaning before they can be sold.

    • Antiques

    • Outdated or overly traditional decor

    • Figurines

    • China or dish sets

    • Decorative dishes

    • Vintage glassware

    • Napkin rings

    • Table linens

    • Large furniture or other oversized items

    • Items we cannot safely display or store

    • Damaged items or pieces requiring repair or restoration

    • Items that are not clean and ready for resale

    • Pieces that do not fit the current style of The Velvet Home

    • We do not appraise antiques or provide antique valuations.

Please Note: Our accepted categories, styles, and guidelines may change as we respond to what our shoppers are looking for. All items are reviewed individually, and The Velvet Home reserves the right to accept or decline any item.
