Due to the nature of consigned merchandise and our use of Ricochet point-of-sale and inventory tracking, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. All items are sold as-is.

We encourage customers to try on and inspect all items carefully before completing their purchase.

Store Credit (Limited Exception)

Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of The Velvet Studio if an item is found to be defective at the time of purchase.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase

• Original receipt is required

• Store credit is issued and tracked through Ricochet

• No cash, credit card, or debit refunds will be provided

Final Sale Items

All sale items, discounted items, accessories, and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for store credit.

All transactions recorded in Ricochet are considered final and complete.
